After interviews (or if necessary - tests), we prepare job offers for the candidates and connect them with potential employers. This is preceded by a detailed analysis of education and work experience, and we also pay attention to the personal situation, requirements and needs of each candidate.
We organize personal interviews between the employers and the candidates. On the basis of the interviews and tests the employer selects their future workers and signs an employment contract with them.
